Products and prices

All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP). We describe each product as accurately as we can, including grade, pack size and CAS number where relevant. Photos are for illustration and packaging may differ.

Prices and availability can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order; it is confirmed in your order summary.

Orders and confirmation

After you place an order we call the mobile number you gave to confirm it before shipping. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, the details are incomplete, or we cannot reach you. If you already paid, we refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to the governorates listed at checkout. The delivery fee for your governorate is shown before you order and is added to your total. Delivery times are estimates; we will tell you about any delay.

Some carriers do not accept certain hazardous materials; if this affects your order we will contact you to agree an alternative or cancel that item.

Payment

You can pay cash on delivery. Online payment (cards, InstaPay) is processed by our licensed payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

Licensed and restricted chemicals

Some chemicals are restricted by Egyptian law. These cannot be ordered directly: you submit a quote request and we confirm the required licenses before any sale. You are responsible for holding every license and permit needed to buy, store and use the products you order.

Safe use

Our products are intended for laboratory, educational, research and industrial use by trained people. Follow the label and the safety data sheet, store chemicals properly and keep them away from children. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage or use contrary to instructions.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction.
