Tools, glassware and equipment

You can return unused items in their original, undamaged packaging within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first so we can arrange the return. The item is checked when it reaches us; the refund covers the item price.

Chemicals

For safety and quality reasons, chemicals cannot be returned once they have been delivered.

Exception: if a chemical arrives damaged, leaking, expired or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and its label. We will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery fee.

Damaged or wrong items (all products)

Check your shipment when it arrives. If anything is broken or incorrect, report it within 48 hours with photos and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.

How to request a return

How refunds are paid

Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded in cash or by bank/wallet transfer. Online payments are refunded to the same card or account through our payment provider. Refunds are issued within 7 working days after we approve the return; your bank may take a few more days.
