What we collect

When you order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, governorate and city, and optionally your email, order notes and a location pin on the map.

When you request a quote: your name, mobile number, organization, optional email, license number and notes.

Your shopping cart is kept only in your own browser until you order.

Why we use it

Only to process and deliver your order or quote: confirming it by phone, preparing the shipment, handing the address to the courier, and contacting you about your order. We keep order records as required for accounting and tax.

Who can see it

Our staff who handle orders, and the delivery company for your shipment. Online payments are handled by our payment provider under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Cookies

We use one cookie to remember your language, and secure cookies for staff sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Security and retention

Your data is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on secured servers with access limited to authorized staff. Order links contain a private code so only you can open your order page; keep that link to yourself.
